The Mon Sheong Court is the second phase of a retirement home community. Anchoring the intersection of Kennedy Road and McNicol Avenue, the building stands 11 storeys high, including a 5 storey brick podium that lines up with the adjacent first phase building.
The ground floor of the complex consists of a community centre,a medical centre and other residential amenity spaces. An open court yard provides outdoor activities for seniors.
The building caters to retired senior citizens who are substantially able to lead a healthy life with some assistance available to them as needed.
